Shipping

We deliver to all Texas locations for now.

Please select Next Weekday Shipping on the cart page during checkout. You can confirm the shipping charge after inputting your mailing address.

 

We are using UPS Next Day Air services to bring your food to your door in the freshest condition possible. UPS Next Day Air is an overnight shipping service that guarantees delivery to your door before 12 PM on weekdays. During the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping services are no longer guaranteeing these times. 

 

To prevent spoilage, our packaging will maintain temperatures below 41°F for up to 2 days. All orders will come packed with an styrofoam-lined box (15 x 12 x 10) and dry ice.

 

The maximum packaging weight is approximately 20 lbs for food items and may increase with the addiition of shipping materials. In the event that your order cannot fit into one box based on weight or bulk, your shipping cost may largely increase.

 

Maximum packaging examples per box:

  • 6 Short Rib or Oxtail : 3 lbs shipping weight = 18 lbs total

  • 12 LA Kalbi : 1.2 lbs shipping weight = 14.4 lbs total

  • 8 Spicy Pork Back Rib : 2.2 lbs shipping weight = 17.6 lbs total

  • 12 Bulgogi, Spicy Pork Bulgogi : 1.5 lbs shipping weigth = 18 lbs total

  • 2 Marinated Spicy Raw Crab + 2 LA Kalbi + 4 Bulgogi (or Spicy Pork Bulgogi)

*** Due to its bulkier packaging, only 4 Marinated Spicy Raw Crab can fit inside one box.

체크아웃 페이지에서 배송지 주소를 넣은 뒤 Next Weekday Shipping을 고르시면 됩니다.

 

상품은 주중에 배송되는 UPS Next Day Air로 배송되며 다음날 낮 12시 이전에 도착합니다. 코로나 팬데믹 중에는 배송 회사에서 다음날 배송을 보장하지 않는다고 합니다.

 

스티로플로 내장된 하드보드 박스(15 x 12 x 10)에 드라이 아이스와 같이 포장되어 안전하게 배송됩니다. 저희의 포장은 최대 이틀간 냉장 상태(41°F 이하)를 유지할 수 있습니다.

 

최대 음식의 포장 무게는 대략 20 lbs이며 포장제에 의해서 최종 무게가 증가됩니다. 무게 또는 부피로 인해 박스가 두개가 될 수 있습니다. 배송비가 너무 높다고 생각된다면 양을 조절해 보시길 권합니다.

 

한 박스당 포장은 다음과 같이 가능합니다. (최대 포장 가능 예)

  • 갈비찜, 꼬리찜 : 6개 (3파운드 포장) / 18파운드

  • LA갈비 : 12개 (1.2 파운드 포장) / 14.4파운드

  • 돼지등갈비 : 8개 (2.2파운드 포장) / 17.6 파운드

  • 불고기, 돼지불고기 : 12개 (1.5파운드 포장) / 18파운드

  • 게장 2개 + LA갈비 2개 + 불고기 (또는 돼지불고기) 4개

***게장은 다른 충전제가 더 필요한 관계로 부피상 한 박스에 4개까지만 가능합니다.

Return Policy

If there are any issues with your food items, please take pictures of the damage and email them to us at woomi.addict@gmail.com for a refund of your order. Shipping costs may only be refunded after review of these pictures so please make sure to include pictures of all damages including those done to the food containers, the inside of the box, and the outside of the box.

Please do not ship the food back to us.
